Everybody's needs are individualized, and that is a huge part to this style of work. There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all. Your healing and learning needs to fit your reality, interest, style, and time.

When you schedule a session with us please indicate the types of things you want to hear more about. You get to choose if the session is more of an independent study, a solo-educational moment, and/or a coaching session.
